Enjoyed a fun one-night stay here. Great central location near bike paths, main streets, and wineries for exploring with a friend 🚲. The area felt safe and convenient for getting around.

Did not get a chance for breakfast but it appeared good.

The heater/ac was very cumbersome and not easy to adjust making sleeping a challenge.

The stuff was accommodating and we would stay there again. We appreciated the comforts of this shopping hotel. The location of the property was excellant and ideal, on a hill.

The location here is great, very close to the city center and wineries, with easy access to the main attractions like the trolley museum just 2 miles away.

Delightful and quiet place with really very nice staff and decent location close to everything in town. The rooms well-appointed, bright with microwave as well as a queen sleeper sofa. Location really close to Yakima and the main streets and several other restaurants. Fast check-in, late check-out. The pool area was great too.

Great breakfast layout and food

I liked how clean the room was, the cushiony feel of the bed, and the fact that the place is pet friendly.

The staff is very unwelcoming and rude. The past two times my partner and I have stayed at this hotel we've been checked in by two (different) young girls working the desk. Both times both girls have been snippy, rude, and have acted as if bringing my small dog with me is a huge inconvenience for them. I've tried smiling and being cheery to them each time to no avail. The maids are also not very friendly. We have considered not even reserving a room with the hotel anymore and finding a new one because the staff makes this gorgeous hotel seem bleak and unwelcoming. I'm very sorry but a change definitely needs to be made.

This place has a great location close to bike trails, wineries, and downtown, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice addition.

A typical Hol Inn Exp - good all around value.

I could never get WI Fi to maintain connection. It seemed like the ONLY are for Wi Fi was the lobby.

The service at this hotel was good. The room was reasonably spacious and included a coffee table and microwave. The staff was accommodating when needed. The location of the venue was magnificent and ideal, within walking distance of downtown. It was also close enough to Yakima, WA and the surrounding area for biking and visiting wineries.

It's a good idea, but that's about it

You can only stand 1 night!!! Dirty dirty dirty, toilet backed up, curtains have stains, lazy staff, not impressed

Booked a room on level 4.

The room was beautiful and bright, with climate control, a couch bed, and an electronic key card. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was decent, in a particularly good area, adjacent to several other restaurants and downtown, and just 3 miles from a living museum.
